Advocasy
Advocacy is essential because once historic buildings, landscapes, and community stories are lost, they can never be replaced. By speaking up for preservation, we help protect the unique character of Green Cove Springs while promoting thoughtful growth and stewardship. Our voices today ensure that future generations can experience and learn from the places that tell our community's story.
Green Cove Springs has already lost treasured landmarks such as the Qui Si Sana, the Oakland, and the Clarendon. While we cannot bring these historic buildings back, we can do our best to preserve the places that remain and continue to tell the story of our community's past. By advocating for preservation, we help ensure that future generations will have tangible connections to the people, events, and architecture that shaped Green Cove Springs.
